TPEE film (thermoplastic polyester elastomer film) is mainly used in the field of electronics and electrical appliances due to its high strength, weather resistance, and dynamic mechanical properties. It is mainly applied in the following scenarios:

1、 Protection of high-frequency electronic components

5G antenna cover and high-frequency connector

High impact resistance (significantly better compression modulus than TPU) is used for mobile phone anti drop protective cases and folding device pivot buffers, improving device anti drop performance and opening and closing life.

The anti plug wear and anti-static characteristics are applied to the USB/HDMI interface sheath to reduce the risk of contact failure.

Core performance support

Mechanical performance: High elastic modulus (compression modulus far exceeding TPU) supports lightweight design of load-bearing components.

Environmental tolerance: resistant to oil, high temperature, UV aging, suitable for harsh working conditions.
